Privacy Policy

Divina Home is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. Divina Home uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Divina Home only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer but otherwise it is anonymous.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

When purchasing from Divina Home your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Pricing Policy

Divina Home pricing household decoration industry and therefore is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 05/12/12. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers.

If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us on (02)94112292 with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.    

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is applicable to purchases made from Divina Home via www.divinahome.com. 


Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere.  We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order .

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to the Divina Home and either replace the product or refund the price to you.  Damaged goods must be returned to Divina Home in the condition received by you with all original packaging. 
 
 
Consumer Guarantees

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and under other consumer laws applying in each State and Territory, you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:

the goods are faulty;

 

the goods are wrongly described; 

the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or

the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.

These consumer guarantees are implied into all consumer contracts and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.  These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by a manufacturer.

Any shipping costs to return the original product to Divina Home will be at the cost of the relevant Divina Home, where we considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee.  If on examination of goods returned are found to not be in breach of the consumer guarantees, we may charge you a fee for examining the goods, and any cost to return the goods to you.

Please note that goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.

Consumer Guarantees do not apply where in our reasonable opinion the goods became unacceptable due to fair wear and tear, or the customer’s misuse, failure to use the goods in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, or failure to take reasonable care.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued by us, and it will normally be processed within twenty (20) days.
